Refund Eligibility and Process

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• The item received is faulty, broken, or incorrect.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in original condition with packaging.

• Refunds are only applicable to watches and sunglasses. Bags are eligible for exchange only.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns are not eligible for refund unless damaged or incorrect.
